Build a factory-ready product
Turn market requirements, target cost and reference products into material, construction, packaging and sample decisions suppliers can execute.
See the decision processZWC is a buyer-side China sourcing company for importers, brands, wholesalers and procurement teams. We find and verify suppliers, develop products, follow production, coordinate quality control and prepare orders for shipment.
A professional China sourcing agent turns a buying requirement into a controlled supply solution. ZWC compares factories, materials, processes, MOQ, cost, lead time and quality risk; then manages the agreed decisions and production checkpoints instead of delivering only supplier contacts.
This five-stage control chain shows where ZWC reduces decision risk, production drift and remote-management gaps. Each stage produces a buyer-reviewable output before the order advances.
The same buyer may need different levels of control at different stages. Choose the situation closest to yours; we then combine only the service modules required to reach a decision or delivery outcome.

Review factory and line project deliveryUse the full sourcing process or appoint ZWC only where local China-side control is missing. Every module below is defined by its decision output—not merely by the activity performed.
We identify and compare suitable suppliers based on your product category, target price, quality expectation, MOQ, capacity and cooperation risk — not just whoever answers fastest. For an existing candidate, use our China supplier verification service before payment or production commitment.
Decision delivered: a screened shortlist, comparison basis, rejection reasons and supplier recommendation—not a list of contacts.
We normalize supplier quotations and negotiate price, MOQ, tooling and payment terms using manufacturing-side cost understanding. The goal is not simply a lower headline price, but a commercially workable offer with materials, packaging, exclusions and delivery assumptions made visible.
Decision delivered: normalized quotations showing price, MOQ, tooling, packaging, terms, exclusions and the reason behind our recommended route.
We translate buyer requirements into a clear China purchase specification covering materials, colours, construction, logo position, packaging and technical requirements, then manage samples and revisions toward approval.
Decision delivered: an approved sample path, controlled specification and recorded deviations ready for production release.
We standardise production requirements into written SOPs and align every supplier to them—sampling, golden-sample approval, production, packaging, inspection and shipment preparation—so the same standard holds across factories and repeat orders.
Decision delivered: one supplier-ready source of truth for production, quality, branding, packaging and change control.
We coordinate suppliers through production, follow milestones, clarify issues, support pre-shipment inspection and prepare shipment—replacing fragmented messages with one structured report you can act on.
Decision delivered: dated milestones, issue ownership, corrective-action status and a shipment-release recommendation supported by evidence.
For buyers without a local procurement team, ZWC operates as an outsourced China buying office—coordinating suppliers, samples, negotiation, quality, consolidation, logistics and end-to-end execution from Yueqing, Zhejiang.
Operating result: one China-side owner, one reporting cadence and a growing client record across suppliers, products, quality issues and shipments.
For qualified clients whose markets require documentary credits, we coordinate bank-ready documents, supplier settlement and compliant import execution across multiple China suppliers.
The commercial model follows the sourcing route. You can buy through ZWC's approved supply chain, ask us to manage suppliers you nominate, appoint us for full-service sourcing, or scope a dedicated buying-office solution.
You purchase through ZWC's approved supply chain at the product price and commercial terms stated in our quotation. Supplier coordination and the agreed sourcing scope are included; no separate percentage agency commission is added on top.
You keep your nominated factory and ZWC manages the agreed execution scope. The percentage, cost base and minimum fee are written into the proposal before work begins and do not change silently during the order.
ZWC searches, verifies and compares suppliers, while the agreed contracting and payment structure remains visible to the buyer. Different fixed rates can apply to different scopes, but the selected rate is locked in the written proposal.
For multiple suppliers, continuing product development or an outsourced China team, ZWC can define a fixed project fee, monthly retainer or hybrid arrangement around named resources, reporting and service levels.
Each proposal defines included work, buyer approvals, exclusions, payment stages and the value used for any percentage. Tooling, samples, testing, certification, travel, third-party inspection, freight, duties and taxes are identified separately when applicable. Read our China sourcing agent fee guide before comparing proposals.
A percentage alone is not a proposal. These answers explain when each ZWC model applies and what must be written down before an order starts.
ZWC provides China supplier search and verification, quotation comparison, product development and sample management, production follow-up, quality control and inspection coordination, consolidation, shipping coordination and outsourced China buying-office support.
No separate percentage sourcing commission is added when you purchase through ZWC's approved supply chain. You accept the quoted product price and written scope. Tooling, testing, certification, third-party inspection, freight, duties and taxes are identified separately when applicable.
Yes. The Managed Order model uses a fixed percentage for the written scope, which may include specification alignment, production follow-up, quality coordination, warehouse receiving, consolidation and shipping documents. You retain the supplier relationship while ZWC becomes the China-side execution owner.
Yes. Bounded work such as supplier verification, product development or a defined sourcing study can use a fixed project fee. Ongoing multi-supplier work can use a monthly buying-office retainer or a written hybrid model.
The rate depends on order value, SKU and supplier count, product complexity, sample and development work, inspection and reporting requirements, logistics coordination and engagement duration. The exact percentage and cost base are fixed in the proposal before work begins.
We will return with the service modules, commercial model, buyer inputs and decision gates that fit the project—not a generic package.
